Computer Delivery Info

For all of our PC deliveries we use the UK's leading courier service Interlink. This allows us to offer one hour windows for deliveries, so no waiting around all day, and text/email updates so you can track your package.

  •  All deliveries require a signature so make sure you are home during the allocated delivery slot. If a delivery slot is missed Interlink will attempt to deliver the following working day. Missing the delivery a second time can result in additional charges so watch out!
  •  Once you receive your confirmation text or email you can directly change the date of the delivery or get the parcel dropped off with a neighbour.
  •  We currently only deliver PC's to the UK. International shipping is something we are planning to roll out soon.
  •  Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am - 6pm.

Gear Delivery Info

For gear deliveries we use either Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the size of the order and delivery location.

  • We aim to keep our turnaround times within 2-5 working days, and 99% of the time we do. In case of that rare 1% we’ll contact you to let you know about the delay.
  • We can ship gear orders worldwide.  You can select your required shipping destination when selecting your item.

Warranty Info

We take pride in our computers, we build and test them to the highest degree. But stuff can go wrong. If something does go wrong with your computer we are here to help, and want to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. To this end we have created our Lifetime Warranty:

Standard Lifetime Warranty, which is bundled with all our computers, includes two years cover on components and LIFETIME labour cover. We also include free LIFETIME RTB shipping, meaning we will collect and return your computer to you free of charge.

Before sending your computer to us we recommend getting in contact. You can contact us via phone or email so our technical staff can go through some troubleshooting. We can also log in remotely to try and fix any issues.

If we are unable to repair your computer remotely we will arrange DPD to collect the computer. We do ask that the system is sent back in the same box it arrived in, we custom build the packaging for our computers to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. We also ask that you only send the computer back, we do not require any cables or accessories. We can not be held accountable for any additional items that are sent back.

Once the computer has arrived back to ourselves, you will be able to track the progress of your repair through our online system.

If your system requires a replacement component, and is still within the component cover, the repair will be carried out free under warranty. If your computer is outside the component warranty you will pay for replacement parts but labour and shipping will be free under our Lifetime Warranty.

With all of our repairs we offer like for like replacements, any upgrades you wish to make are not included in the Lifetime Warranty and will result in additional costs.

Opening the side panel of your system and performing your own upgrades does not interfere with your warranty. In fact we encourage you to have a look at your shiny new computer. Any personal upgrades added to your system are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
